This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit PhoenixPhreedom.com, create an account, complete an assessment, join a waitlist or membership, make a purchase, submit an inquiry, participate in a program, or otherwise interact with Phoenix Phreedom services.
By using the website or voluntarily providing information, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, organization, job title, account information, communication preferences, inquiry details, program interests, and information submitted through contact forms, waitlists, applications, surveys, assessments, coaching forms, consulting forms, or other website features.
When you create an account, our authentication provider may collect information necessary to register, verify, and secure your account.
If you complete the Basic Emotional Operating System Audit, referred to as EOSA, or another Phoenix Phreedom assessment, we may collect your responses, scores, profile results, progress, account identifier, and related information needed to generate, store, or deliver your results.
EOSA is an educational and reflective tool. It is not a clinical assessment, medical record, psychological diagnosis, or healthcare service. Please do not submit emergency information, detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or other information that is not specifically requested.
Payments and subscription transactions are processed through Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout. Phoenix Phreedom does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number through the website.
We may receive transaction-related information such as your customer identifier, subscription identifier, transaction status, purchased service, billing status, payment date, renewal date, cancellation status, and limited billing details necessary to administer your purchase or membership.
When you visit or use the website, certain technical information may be collected automatically by Phoenix Phreedom or its service providers. You may request deletion of your Phoenix Phreedom account by contacting privacy@phoenixphreedom.com. Deleting an account may remove access to memberships, assessment results, saved content, purchase history, or other account-linked features.
Some transaction, security, contractual, or legal records may be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary or required by law.
Phoenix Phreedom services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children through adult-directed services. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact privacy@phoenixphreedom.com to request review and appropriate action.
The website may contain links to third-party websites, podcast platforms, social media services, payment pages, booksellers, event services, or other external resources.
